1X TE (Tris-EDTA) Buffer, expertly formulated in a 500 mL volume for nucleic acid storage and processing. Our TE buffer, combining Tris for pH stability and EDTA to chelate divalent cations, is optimized at pH 8.0 to protect DNA and RNA from degradation. Sterile-filtered at 0.2µm, DNase/RNase-free, and manufactured in the USA, it ensures maximum purity for PCR, sequencing, and nucleic acid purification.
