Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased from UFC BIO.

We are committed to delivering your order in perfect condition to the address you provide at checkout. To help your order arrive smoothly, please use an address where it can be received during normal business hours.

Shipping costs

Free standard ground shipping when your order includes $50 or more of UFC BIO products, shipped within the contiguous US (lower 48 states).

Expedited shipping is available. Shipping costs are determined at checkout, and expedited shipping does not qualify for free shipping.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or outside the United States (including Canada) do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for these orders are determined at checkout.

Please review the shipping cost on the checkout page before placing your order. If a shipping option isn’t available, please reach out to us at info@ufcbio.com for support.

Shipping times

Average transit times. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Delivery addresses

For security reasons, we do not ship to post office boxes or military bases, and we cannot accept an order when the recipient or delivery address cannot be identified.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. UFC BIO is not responsible for, and cannot refund or replace, packages that are lost or undelivered because of an incorrect address.

We recommend a secure delivery address, such as your workplace, lab or institution. UFC BIO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipment tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email a tracking number to the address you provided at checkout so you can track your package.

Customs and import taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering, as we cannot provide this information for you.

Delays

UFC BIO is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or other events beyond our control, or by the carrier (such as customs clearance).

Undelivered packages

If no one is available to receive the package at the delivery address, the carrier may return it to the local post office or carrier facility, and the customer will need to pick it up there.

Delivery completion

An order is considered delivered once the carrier’s tracking system shows the package as delivered.
