UFC BIO Sterile Water is USP-grade 18.2 MΩ·cm deionized water, 0.05 µm sterile-filtered, for molecular biology and other sensitive laboratory work.
Each lot is released against appearance, packaged conductivity, pH, endotoxin, DNase, RNase and sterility specifications. It is suited to laboratory, research and bioprocessing work, including laboratory irrigation, washing, rinsing, dilution and further manufacturing.
Raw materials and sterile bottles are manufactured in the USA.

Sterility and Quality Testing
- Sterile and 0.05 µm filtered. Each lot is tested for sterility and complies with USP ⟨71⟩.
- Endotoxin tested, with a specification of ≤ 0.10 EU/mL; lot results are reported on the COA.
- Each lot is tested for RNase and DNase activity, with a specification of no activity detected.
- Packaged conductivity ≤ 1.3 µS/cm and pH 6.0 ± 1.0, both at 25 °C.
- Contents are sterile while the original container and seal are intact. Use aseptic technique after opening.
Storage and Handling
- Store at 4 to 25 °C with the cap securely closed.
- Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture, unopened and stored at 4 to 25 °C. The expiration date is printed on the label.
- Do not use if the water is cloudy, discolored or contains particles, or if the container or seal is damaged.

What is the endotoxin specification?
The release specification is ≤ 0.10 EU/mL. Lot results, which may be lower, are reported on the Certificate of Analysis.
Is it tested for DNase and RNase?
Yes. Each lot is tested for DNase and RNase activity, with a specification of no activity detected.
Can this product be injected?
No. It is not for parenteral use and not for injection or infusion.
