Quality Policy

Senior Management Team has developed the following Quality Policy which governs day-to-day operations to ensure quality. The Quality Policy is communicated and implemented throughout the organization.
The Quality Policy of UFCBio is as follows:

At UFC Bio, we are committed to providing products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations while complying with applicable regulatory requirements. Our goal is to be recognized for quality, reliability, and service excellence in everything we do.

The President ensures that the quality policy:

a) is appropriate to the purpose of the organization,
b) includes a commitment to comply with requirements and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system,
c) provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives,
d) is communicated and understood within the organization,
e) is reviewed for continuing suitability.
