Refund policy
30-day returns
We offer a 30-day return window for orders shipped within the contiguous US (lower 48 states).
Returns are not accepted more than 30 days after delivery unless an extension is approved. To start a return, contact us at info@ufcbio.com.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@ufcbio.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom products, including OEM products
- Hazardous materials (Dangerous Goods), including flammable liquids and gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to process and post the refund.
