UFC BIO offers 1X TE (Tris-EDTA) Buffer in two pH variants, providing a buffering system within a pH range of 7.6–8.0. Formulated with Tris for pH stabilization and EDTA to chelate divalent cations, the buffer is optimized at pH 8.0 to protect DNA and RNA from degradation. Sterile-filtered at 0.2 µm and DNase/RNase-free, it ensures maximum purity for PCR, sequencing, and nucleic acid purification.
