Yes, on select products. Subscribe on the product page to save 5% with automatic deliveries every 1, 2 or 3 months, and manage your subscription anytime from the subscriptions portal.

Yes. Contact us with the formulation, volume, packaging and quantity you need. Custom and OEM products can't be returned, so we confirm the details with you before production.

Standard ground shipping within the US usually takes 2–5 business days in transit. It's free when your order includes $50 or more of UFC BIO products shipped within the contiguous US (lower 48 states).

Expedited shipping is available at checkout and doesn't qualify for free shipping. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside the US don't qualify for free shipping either; the cost is shown at checkout. See our shipping policy.

Yes. International orders usually arrive in 7–14 business days, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Import duties, customs fees and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Hazardous materials can't be shipped internationally.

Some products, such as flammable solvents, concentrated acids and bases, are classified as Dangerous Goods (hazardous materials). They ship by ground only within the contiguous US, can't be shipped internationally, and don't qualify for free shipping. The product page shows when an item is a Dangerous Good.

When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you entered at checkout. If you have an account, you can also see your orders and tracking from your account.

No. For security reasons we don't ship to post office boxes or military bases. We recommend a delivery address where someone can receive the package during business hours, such as your lab or institution.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery on orders shipped within the contiguous US. To start a return, email info@ufcbio.com. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Custom and OEM products, hazardous materials (Dangerous Goods), sale items and gift cards can't be returned. See our return policy.

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email info@ufcbio.com right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Open the product page, go to the Documents tab and enter the lot number printed on your bottle. Lot-specific COAs are available on most product pages. If your lot isn't found, contact us with the product name and lot number and we'll send it.

Safety Data Sheets for our chemical products are on the product page, in the Documents tab. If you need an SDS that isn't listed, contact us.

Most of our products are made and packaged at our facility in Niagara Falls, New York. Select reagents are sourced from qualified suppliers and released under the same quality system.

Each production lot is tested and released against defined specifications, and every lot is traceable through its lot number and COA. We maintain a quality management system aligned with ISO 13485:2016. Read our quality policy.

UFC BIO products are intended for laboratory, research and further manufacturing use, unless a product page states otherwise.
