What Our Satisfaction Guarantee Covers

• Buy direct from the manufacturer. Products marked "Original Manufacturer" are made and tested by us in New York, and every order ships directly from us.
• Lot-tested quality. Each lot is checked against its written specification before release, and the Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) are available on the product page or on request.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect items. If an order arrives damaged, does not meet its specification, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will review the issue and resolve it.
• 30-day returns. Eligible orders shipped within the contiguous US (lower 48 states) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Real people, quick answers. Our team answers product, documentation and order questions Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm ET.
