10X Tris-Glycine-SDS Buffer is the electrophoresis buffer used during the stacking and resolve process of sodium dodecyl sulfate - polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE).
Formulation: Final concentration of 1X working solution 25mM Tris, 192mM Glycine, 0.1% SDS, made with 18.2Ω water.
