10X Phosphate Buffered Saline with Tween-20 is used to effectively remove excess materials from membranes and microtiter plate wells without disrupting antigen/antibody reactions.
Formulation: Final concentration of 1X working solution 137mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 12mM Phosphate (pH ~ 7.4), 0.05% Tween-20, made with 18.2Ω water.
