10X Tris-Glycine Buffer is a concentrated, clear solution containing Tris base and glycine in ultrapure water. Supplied at 10-fold strength for dilution to 1X, it provides a stable ionic environment commonly used in electrophoretic systems. When diluted, the buffer maintains conductivity and pH stability under an applied electric field.
