10X (PBS) Phosphate Buffered Saline closely mimics the pH, osmolarity, and ion concentrations of the human body. It is easy to dilute with deionized water, fast and efficient, and QC controlled reagents.
Formulation: Final concentration of 1X working solution 137mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, made with 18.2Ω water (pH~7.4). UFC BIO provides Sterile, 0.22um filtered to ensure upmost quality
