10X Tris-buffered Saline with Tween-20 is used as a wash buffer and for sample preparation in general immunoassay applications. It is easy to dilute with deionized water, fast and efficient, and QC controlled reagents.
Formulation: Final concentration of 1X working solution 150mM NaCl, 50mM Tris, 0.1% Tween-20, made with 18.2Ω water, ~ pH 7.6.
